Chef Turok created his signature Mascarpone Cheesecake recipe after being inspire by his Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu, which he graduated from in ’08 with Honors. From there, he went on to work with some of the great Chefs/restaurants in LA which include: Providence, Joe’s Restaurant on Abbot Kinney, Hatfield’s, Monsieur Marcel, CASA, and did stints for Spago/Wolfgang Puck Catering.

He began by making his cheesecakes for friends and family that flew into town, and in 2015, made his first deal to start selling them through Primera Taza Coffee House in Boyle Heights. From there, he went on to add many famous Chefs to his clientele list including Gilberto Cetina Jr from Chichen Itza Restaurant, Chefs Jaime and Ramiro from Mexicano/La Casita Mexicana, Raul Ortega from Mariscos Jalisco, and Billy Acosta from Carnitas El Momo.
