I say that because my cheesecakes are lighter and creamier than any other you can find in the market, Nor are they overly sweet like a certain cheesecake-related restaurant chain that exists. The easiest way to describe my cheesecakes is a cross of the creaminess from a creme brulee, with the custardy firmness of a flan, with notes of vanilla ice cream.
